Ovarian cancer is the fifth most common cancer in females in the UK and it is the second most common gynaecological cancer after uterus.
Cervical cancer accounts for around 2% of all new cases of cancer in females.

The most common symptoms of gynaecological cancer are...


      Bleeding between periods or after menopause

Loss of appetite, feeling of fullness or swelling in the tummy

A vaginal discharge from pink and watery to dark and smelly

Persistent itching, burning and soreness of vulva

Bleeding or discomfort after or during sex

Thickened, raised, red, white or dark patches on skin

An open sore, growth or mole change on the skin

Pain in the lower abdomen or side

Regular feeling or being sick for no reason
